Established in 2014 and located in Laredo, Texas. Horikawa Tattoo & Piercing Studios is a collective studio of five professional body artists consisting of three individual Tattoo Artists and two body piercers. Our mission is to provide clients with precise solid tattoos and piercings that will heal gracefully and last a lifetime. We are honest and respectful in our approach, and we try to deliver 100% of our ability with friendly service and good vibes. So don't wait, call to set up an appointment.

Marcos Rivera

Born in 1976 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

"I have worked professionally as a tattooer since 1996 and have tattooed several co-owned shops in the U.S. since. I focus on simplified, bold imagery that can be easily read from afar. With influences from classic cartoons, 80's skate art, metal album covers and traditional American and Japanese styles of tattooing. I strive to leave a print that stands the test of time and hope to never stop learning about my craft."

Raised in Laredo, Texas and drawing since conception, she became part of the Horikawa Family in 2021.

She is currently taking tattoo appointments and walk-ins!

Vicktoria eller

Born and raised in Laredo, TX.

"I've always had an interest in tattoos and tattoo culture. Self taught flash painter. I approach my designs with a 3-part formula: BIG, BOLD, AND BADASS. I am currently apprenticing under the wing of Marcos Rivera since October 2021. I look forward to showing love to all clients near and far in the near future."

In addition, there's nothing better than snuggling with the family to watch a good show or movie.

Jason Rodriguez

I was born in Laredo but was raised both here and Nuevo Laredo.

I am currently a piercing apprentice with the goal of learning extreme forms of body modification. I enjoy hurting clients with the ends results of making each of them happier with their physical appearance. I like accessorizing my body with tattoos and piercings.

I have two kids. One is named "Tripita Rodriguez", my chihuahua ;) and "Manuel Rodriguez", my cat ;)

I also love music, my most played artists are mostly from Taylor Swift, Ramon Ayala, and Metallica.
